Duties and Functions

1. Develop the company's PPID structure and profile

2. Determine which Public Information can be accessed by the public and is suitable for publication through a Consequence Assessment mechanism

3. Create guidelines for the company's public information services

4. Provide information effectively and efficiently for easy public access

5. Oversee, supervise, evaluate, and monitor the implementation of Public Information technical policies

6. Prepare and present reports on the management of information services to the Central Information Commission and the public.

Authority

1. Decide whether specific Public Information can be accessed by the public or not through a Consequence Assessment mechanism.

2. Establish strategies and methods for guidance, coordination, supervision, and evaluation of the implementation of Public Information technical policies

3. Deny Public Information requests, providing written reasons, if the requested information is classified or confidential
