Profile of PPID

InJourney, the holding entity for PT Aviation Tourism Indonesia (Incorporated), stands as Southeast Asia's most expansive and comprehensive multi-sectoral tourism ecosystem. It offers a wide array of services, from airport and cargo operations, tourist destinations, hotel accommodations, to retail product management and the creative industry. It was officially established in October 2021.

As one of the State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) of Indonesia, which also classifies it as a Public Entity, InJourney is dedicated to implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance. One of its key tenets is maintaining transparency by disseminating information to the public as mandated by the Regulation No. 14 of 2008.

With the development of the company's business structure and processes, InJourney has continually been embracing transparency. This commitment to openness is underscored by the establishment of the Public Documentation and Information Office (PPID) and the creation of systems that facilitate efficient public services. All these are aligned with the Information Service Standards set by the Central Information Commission.

InJourney involves every department within the company to collaboratively build and streamline information services. This includes all its subsidiaries, such as PT Angkasa Pura I, PT Angkasa Pura II, PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan, & Ratu Boko, PT Hotel Indonesia Natour, ITDC, and PT Sarinah, all of which have their respective PPIDs.

Going forward, beyond offering information services backed by related internal departments, InJourney's main PPID will also advocate for quality enhancement of PPID services across all its subsidiaries. It also supports the Ministry of SOE's initiative to elevate the Informative Public Entity category.
