REASONS FOR OBJECTING TO INFORMATION REQUESTS

Based on the Public Information Disclosure Law Number 14 of 2008, Section One, Article 35, any requester of public information can submit a written objection for the following reasons:
1.     Denial of the public information request on the grounds of exemptions or classified information.

2.      Failure to respond to a public information request.

3.      Response to the public information request is not in line with what was asked.

4.      Non-fulfillment of the public information request.

5.      Imposition of unreasonable fees.

6.      Delivery of public information exceeding the regulated timeframe.

7.      Objections based on the above reasons should be directed to the Senior Manager of PPID Injourney by filling out the provided form.
